I am so excited to share with you the creativity of my talented best friend, Mary Ann. Mary Ann loves Halloween and when she was living locally, our families would get together on Halloween and trick-or-treat and have a little party afterwards. Now the kids are older and she is all the way in Georgia, so Halloween is not a really big thing for my family these days. As I have mentioned before, Mary Ann, has an eye for decorating and her house, in farmhouse style décor,is so beautiful! I can't wait to visit her again in November and see all the new decorating she has done, but for now she has sent this really cute, easy, and inexpensive wreath project, as well as pictures of her beautifully decorated for fall home to share with you! I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!
Mary Ann shares,
"For the wreath, I bought the ghost trick-or-treater, spider web, and ribbon from Dollar Tree. The bats were found 12 to a package at Kroger for $3.19. The trick or treat sign came from the Target Dollar Spot and the grapevine wreath can be purchased from Walmart, Hobby Lobby, etc. for around $3.00.
I first took the spider web and stretched it across the wreath. Next I hot glued the sign, ghost, and bats on the wreath. Lastly, I watched a YouTube video on bow making, created a bow, and attached to the wreath with a piece of jute string.
Thank you Mary Ann for sharing this awesome project and all the other lovely little touches of fall and Halloween you have added to your home!
